MEET SACHIN Sachin started working with us part time over two and a half years ago while in school for General Management here at COTR. He has been working ...with us full time ever since he graduated. He brings a lot of fun to the team and its his birthday every day! Whenever he can, Sachin likes to increase his repertoire and play with flavours he hasn't tried before, and ALWAYS serves it with a smile. We'll be supplying Farm to Folk with shoots, micro-greens and garlic over the Christmas holidays and throughout the winter if you are looking to resupply!

I rarely see chef's at the farmers market... ...because I visit them every week at their restaurants! We deliver year 'round to Soulfood, the Heidout, Allegra, Raw Food, Hot Shots, the Firehall, St Eugene Mission, Creme Cheese, the Old Bauren House, Oak & Fire, Island Lake Lodge and many caterers too!

I'll be bringing more garlic, and just a few bags of microgreens as I adjust to indoor growing again.

I'll be planting these in a few weeks, even tho we can't eat them... I grew up in Ottawa where the liberation of Holland is celebrated every spring with tens of thousands of tulips all given to the people of Canada from the grateful Dutch Royal Family. This year I'm gonna bring a little piece of that to Cranbrook, watch for it in some of our deer resistant gardens along Wattsville and Innes!
