Condominium Security - this is something that we have been working on for the last year - An on-line course that helps security guard and concierges understand condominium operations. Many time when doing Security Audits or speaking to Condo Managers/Board of Directors, we hear complaints about the service provided. In our experience, there are a lot of staff members who want to do a good job, they are just missing the training. This 3-hour course, complete with certification of participation, will help them understand the dynamics of condominiums and is designed to greatly enhance the service they provide. Condominium Security - This can be a tough one for condominium managers. It is very important for security/concierge service providers to have consistency in their staff so they become knowledgeable about who is suppose to be in the building.
