2016 project - backyard in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. Extra large slabs of Wiarton flagstone are utilized in this spacious yet cozy backyard. The tightly cut seams in the main patio area create the feel of a more formal space. We set the slabs in the walkway and hammock areas with more generous spacing to create a more relaxed feel. The armour stone creates a cozy sitting area around the fire pit and extensive planting of trees, shrubs and perennials creates intimacy and interest.
