Wow! Our first round of Lil’ Ninjas filled up in less than 24 hours! But no worries, because we have added a second group for your little ninjas in training! We are so pumped to be able to offer a program for the budding fitness lovers! Children will learn the fundamentals of fitness in a program designed for their ages ... Open to children ages 2-6 Classes start Saturday March 13th, 9:15 AM for 6 weeks. Register via email at [email protected] Receipts will be issued to use towards the child fitness tax credit.

Hailey has been a member with us for 6 months She says seeing changes in her physical ability and the community surrounding 3rd Degree have been the best motivators for keeping at it! ... My favourite move is either hamstring curls or plank (both on the trx, crave the burn! I choose 3rd Degree because I love the guidance and motivation I get from attending classes, both from instructors and other members, she says! 5 reasons to use a stability ball in your workouts A stability ball is a versatile and dynamic workout tool that you should seriously consider including in your workout routine. You can incorporate a stability ball in nearly any type of workout to challenge your body and take your fitness, particularly your core stability, to the next level. Encourages body weight workouts - From planks, push-ups, dips and mountain climbers, most workout routines can incorporate a stabi...lity ball and improve the results. Strengthens your core - rows, dumbbell presses and bicep curls. As you perform all these, you will also be strengthening your core because you have to constantly use your core muscles to maintain stability. ANDDDDD WE ARE BACK!!! THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY for supporting us through another closure and we are so excited to welcome you all back and not to mention use our new kick ass air scrubber! With that, we will have our first in person class tomorrow at 12:10pm! Then we are back to regular schedule starting Saturday morning! ... For everyone who has equipment, it will need to be back in studio by Saturday morning at 7:30am. Please arrange for drop off before this time.
