The Cadet Program provides a safe yet challenging environment for youth through dynamic and engaging training. Junior cadets learn to follow, while senior cadet...s learn to lead making a plan, organizing tasks, managing team members and reflecting on their successes and mistakes. Last night, our cadets learned how to employ problem solving skills and principles of instruction. Current and former cadets know, sea cadets learn so much more than knots! (...but we teach those too!) What was your favourite thing to learn at cadets?

Today, here's a throwback to the final parade of the 2019 summer training at HMCS Acadia. Sooner or later, we'll be back!

Last night, our Phase 1 and 2 cadets learned the NATO Phonetic Alphabet, and as you can see in the screenshot, our Phase 3-5 cadets played some Naval Term Trivia! Without looking it up... Do you know what those two pennants represent? Do you know what they mean together?
