Fergus will be moving away from their traditional Santa Claus parade, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, they will be doing a Santa Claus Cruise on December 5th from 1-4 p.m. Jim Dandy, Santa Claus parade chairman explains the idea around this year’s parade.

In their first update since Friday, Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health is reporting 54 new cases of COVID-19 today. Wellington County has 29 new cases and 63 active, Dufferin County has 5 new cases and 11 active, and Guelph has 20 new cases 43 active.
