The job duties and responsibil...ities for this position include: Diagnostics and repair of home or commercial expresso machines, coffee brewers, and grinders. Adjust and replace ports and components of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. Perform scheduled maintenance service. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to customer satisfaction. Completion of work order documents within company standards. Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area. Requirements Strong mechanical skills (i.e. handyman or mechanic) is required. An interest and/or knowledge of coffee products is a strong asset. Experience repairing expresso machines, coffee brewers and grinders is an asset. Ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs (not repetitive or constant) Ability work full-time, 40 hours per week Demonstrable work ethic and reliability Attention to detail and good time management skills Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
