As an RMT who comes from a Regulated Province and who trained as a Health Care Professional I find the inequity in the recent closure difficult, we are an integral part of the Health Care System and need to be reconsidered in the province of Alberta to be included in the Health Professions Act.

Update Dec 23rd: We are now able to see our clients that have a medical referral for Massage Therapy! What does this mean? ... You will need to have a Doctors note or written referral from a regulated health professional. This note needs to be from within the last 12 months and a copy or picture given to Jenna for it to be stored in your online profile. This will need to be done prior to booking your appointment. Stay tuned for another update on how we can assist with the referral process as we recognize further strain on our physicians right now can be avoided if possible. Once your appointment is booked you will receive our COVID-19 screening tools before your apappointment to fill out, which was and is our practice since June. All PPE, protocols will be the same as previously demonstrated. We use a hepa air filter, apron, medical masks, single client use of sheets and no additional blankets or warming pads that cannot easily be fully disinfected & we are confident, happy and excited to have you back in the clinic. Jenna has been seeing low volumes of clients to ensure minimal contacts and as much self care as possible.
