We’re still standing! 2020 was a hard year. Jasmine and myself started 519 Bridal Beauty at the end of 2019 with high hopes for the following year. 2020 certainly didn’t give anyone what they were hoping for. Although we are excited for 2021 and what it will hold the looming possibility of having to go through the motions that 2020 brought us is stressful, anxiety provoking and just plain exhausting. Rescheduling, especially for a team, has been nothing short of a nightmare. ...With COVID-19 still being a serious issue, our livelihood is still up in the air for another year. I know a lot of us self employed folks are just plain burnt out and lack the motivation to complete what seems like the simplest tasks. Replying to emails or being active on social has seemed overwhelming. We’ve felt this hard for all of our amazing clients as well. Our heart breaks every time a bride has to reschedule or make changes to her big day. It’s been heartbreaking going through this with all of you. We are going to be making the effort to be more present on social media while we navigate the ups and downs of 2021. What do you want to see here? Let us know in the comments below!
