2020 Year In Review ... 2020 brought many challenges to every industry and we were forced to scramble to adjust, with certain sectors being hit harder than others. Average sale prices have nosed up marginally over last month, but up significantly by 13% over November of last year. Single detached homes are selling at an average price of over three quarters of a million again, while the average sale price for apartment style condos is north of $400K! All sales metrics remain well up over 2019 across all property types, defying the usual trend of a notable market slowdown in November.
