We want to welcome Natalie Payne to the teaching team at Samskara Yoga & Fitness. Natalie is a certified Yoga Alliance Teacher and Prenatal Yoga Instructor. Nat...alie will be teaching the Pre-natal Hatha Yoga program on Mondays starting March 23rd 7:30-8:45pm. This is a six week progressive program. The total cost is $125. The program is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion in the muscles that are most significant and supportive during pregnancy and birthing. Come calm the mind and nervous system while growing the connection between you and your baby. This class is best suited for expectant mothers from 12 weeks to delivery. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and participants of all ages, gender-identities, and levels of fitness are welcomed. To register please message us!
