Join the Lakefield Trail Committee Saturday September 14th for a lovely walk on the trail! Meet at the Lakefield Library at 10am for a guided walk where you will learn about the history of Lakefield and the history of the Lakefield Trail. Walk will take approximately 1 hour. See you Saturday!

Lakefield Family Paddle Day is STILL ON! *if thunder & lightning, the event will be cancelled* TODAY - Thursday June, 13, 2019 beginning at 5:30pm at the Lakefield Beach... BYO canoe/kayak OR use the canoes & kayaks that will be provided by Adventure Outfitters (first come first serve). After paddling, enjoy roasting hot dogs and marshmallows over an open bonfire provided by the Lakefield Trail Committee!

The Lakefield Trail Committee Thanks All Volunteers! A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers who helped out at the Annual Trail Work Day on April 20th and the Garden Work Day on May 11th. Your hard work is appreciated and the extra helping hands go a long way preparing the trail for summer use.... There are 3 garden work days scheduled this summer if you would like to volunteer; Jun 19, Jul 17, Aug 21 at 6pm Meet at Service Ontario, Lakefield, Water Street.

The Lakefield Trail Garden Work Day is Saturday, May 11th beginning at 9:00 am! Help the Lakefield Trail Committee garden and spread mulch on Saturday May 11th! Bring work gloves & appropriate tools! Meet at 9am in front of the Service Ontario building in Lakefield on Water Street.

Stop by the Lakefield Trail this Saturday, May 11th at 9am for a Lakefield Trail Garden Work Day! Volunteers will be spreading mulch and helping in the Native Plant Garden on the Lakefield Trail. Everyone will meet at the Service Ontario building on Water Street in Lakefield at 9:00am to start the work. Bring working gloves if you need them....
