Reoccupancy Update Some tenants and especially those who moved their contents off-site have recently expressed concerns that the three-hour, designated move-in window may not be enough time for them to move their belongings back home. We understand your worries, but are confident that the re-occupancy protocol as announced is the safest, most efficient and fairest approach to welcoming everyone home.... The three-hour, scheduled window is the time set aside specifically for you and provides dedicated elevator access to allow for the move of your largest household items and furnishings. However, after this reserved time slot, you will have full access to your units and unlimited opportunity to continue your personal return process and the return of your contents, by using one of the three, unreserved passenger elevators. The move-in protocol has been designed for the efficiency and safety of your return. It was also designed to ensure the building is re-occupied in as speedy a process as possible. If each unit was provided with a full day of dedicated access, as some residents are requesting, then tenants on the lower floors would have to wait almost two more years to return home. You have been patiently awaiting the building’s re-occupancy. Getting everyone home, as quickly as possible, still requires patience, and it also requires your cooperation. Thank you for your ongoing support. https://wpsq.ca

To all tenants of 650 Parliament: It has come to our attention that third parties are asking tenants for information about re-occupancy and making false and/or misleading statements about the re-occupancy procedure. Please be advised that there are NO requirements for re-occupancy other than what is stated on www.wpsq.ca. Tenants can find reliable information about re-occupancy on our website and from the 650 Parliament Response Office. WPSQ has not authorized any third parties to communicate on our behalf or collect personal information from you. If you have any questions about re-occupancy please do not hesitate to contact or visit the Response Office, or contact your class counsel Strosberg Sasso Sutts LLP.
