A story about community and healing when we are not in the shop... Back in November two of the 692 partners (Jess and Charlie) took a day to take part in the #wimhofmethod course here in Ottawa lead by @officialjacobmark. It started off as a way to reset, get back to the breath and relieve some stress. Laura and Dani took a while to try it with their business partners (there was absolutely zero pressure) just a simple would you like to try today with us? ... And one day we said YES! and have never looked back since. Jess and Charlie spoke so highly of the course and it’s health benefits and have been consistently teaching us what they learnt. Not only us but now the most beautiful community of dippers all with intentions to better their health, their mind, their body and their soul. It’s unbelievable what has been created outside of the shop and our hearts are so full On January 2, the four owners dipped together with the sunset in the most beautiful setting! Meet Peter and Vanessa! This incredibly strong and super fun duo have the best energy and make the best pickled mustard and relish! We liked it so much that Lolo said we NEED that in our charcuterie to go! Peter makes it from his own home grown vegetables and one day brought us in a tester! It was FABULOUS!... Today we bought from him $140 worth of his pickled mustard and relish in which they then give all proceeds to the animal shelter. Talk about giving back! So excited to share with you in our charcuterie to go boxes, Peter’s fabulous mustards and Vanessa’s beautiful energy! Thank you so much you two! Totally made our day! Let’s goooooo
