Due to the MBQ closure of buildings to the public, 7th Gen payments over the phone will only be accepted on Tuesdays and Thursdays until further notice. You can still make a payment online 24/7 though your online banking. ***Scheduled Outage*** On Monday, March 2nd at 12 midnight the interent will be out for approximately 15 minutes while we repair a fibre main. Sorry for any inconvenience.

***Scheduled outage*** If you live on Beach Road, Queen Street west of Beach Road, Tom's Road or Snookie's Road there will be a scheduled outage next week for approximately one day while construction is being done on the Beach Road.

Release Notification SCOPE: Cogeco Connexion will be performing hardware and software upgrades on core routing equipment. It has been determined that your service will be released during this work. Details follow below. START DATE/TIME: August 15th 2019 00:01 ET... STOP DATE/TIME: August 15th 2019 06:00 ET IMPACT: Loss of service for up to 1 hour between 01:00 ET and 02:00 ET.

The 7th Gen Network is currently down for scheduled maintenance by Cogeco. Outage is planned to be ongoing from midnight to 6:00AM. Services may be restored sooner but no guarantees were made. Sorry for any inconvenience.

June 20th 2019 - The 7th Gen Network is Currently Down. We are still invesigating, but It's believed that there is a fibre cut off territory. No ETA yet for services to be restored. We will keep you updated as more information comes in.

SCOPE: Cogeco Connexion will be performing a fibre cutover in the Belleville area. It has been determined that your service will be released during this work. Details follow below. START DATE/TIME: July 5th 2019 00:00 ET STOP DATE/TIME: July 5th 2019 06:00 ET ... IMPACT: Loss of service for up to 5 hours within the maintenance window.

***Outage Notice*** As of this afternoon we have an outage on Milltown Road and Upper Slash Road. The main fibre has been cut during the watermain construction and we hope to have the service restored by the weekend.

****Outage Update**** As of 2:30am service has been restored. If your still experiencing issues you should try unplugging your router from the power for ten seconds to let it reset. If that does not fix your internet problem you should then call the 24 hour on call line at 613-827-4817 to speak to one of our technicians.

*** OUTAGE UPDATE *** Our service provider has informed us that the outage on their network extends to all Cogeco services in southern Ontario. They have a crew on site and are working to excavate and reconnect services. Still no ETA on restoration.
