Remembrance Day Service has been cancelled.

In accordance with the protocols now in place, Father Michael will offer all Masses in private during the week. For Sunday Mass, it will be offered Pro populo, i.e. for the intentions of parishioners.

PARISH OFFICE --- Given the new restrictions and the rising community transmission, we have opted to close the parish office to the public. However, Gloria still can be reached by phone or email.

PARISH PHONE OUT--CAN YOU HELP? Recently I have made about 20 calls in the last two weeks to various parishioners though not everyone is available to return the calls. However, those that I did get a hold of really appreciated the call from the parish. However, I do not have the time to try to call 500+ families on my own. In truth the community of St. Charles is everyone's responsibility, not just mine. We all need to do our part to keep this community together and str...onger during the pandemic. Often during the pandemic, we can get so caught up with our own immediate needs that we may forget about the needs of the community. We as a parish need to reach out to the whole parish community and so are looking again for a group of people who are willing to help make some phone calls to our parishioners as we need to sustain faith and hope by our personal contact with others, especially since we cannot get together in our normal way. If we have enough help, we can reach everyone--If you are able to help, please let the parish office 204-889-3248 or Florence 204-889-4941 know as we would like to get this accomplished in this month of November.
