Last Tuesday our cadets made Valentine's for a nursing home! The cadets had a blast making them and the seniors loved them even more. Special thank you to CI Kirby who delivered them for us. Happy Valentine's Day from NLCC Polynia

Sunday past we participated in the Petty Harbour Maddox Cove Christmas parade! It was cold and snowy but everyone had a great time. Great job to all the cadets who braved the cold

We are so proud to announce that Polynia recieved a gold growth award for our 2018-2019 training year last night at the Navy League's Annual General Meeting! Also, Bravo Zulu to CV Kirby for recieveing a meritorious service award for three years service with the Navy League!

The past week has been very busy for the cadets and officers at Polynia. We spent the past two weeks helping the Legion with the Poppy Campaign. Yesterday the cadets, officers and parents/gaurdians all came together to help place Union Jack flags on the gravesites of soliders. It was such a humbling experience for all. We've ended our busy week with taking part in the Rememberance Day parade in Petty Harbour where we placed a wreath at the Memorial. We are so honored to have had the opportunity to participate in so many acts of rememberance this year. Lest we forget.
