Good afternoon, The 89th Windsor Scout Troop is attending a Scouts Canada Jamboree with over 2000 Scouting members in attendance out in British Columbia this Ju...ly. We will be leaving on July 4th and returning on July 14th. We have been fundraising for the past 2 years and we are still looking for sponsors / donations to help offset the expenses. This camp is going to be an excellent adventure for these youth to remember for years, we thank you in advance for your consideration and support. We will have a banner made with the names/logos of each sponsor that we will fly at the Camp as well as at our other events in 2019. As well as thanks and links on our facebook page and posts, and frequent mentions in our facebook posts and shares. _____ $1600 Jacket Sponsor for Troop Jackets that they will wear to camp and wear all the time for years to come as a memory of their adventure and a great piece of clothing for many Adventures in their life. _____ $630 - Ferry Sponsor your sponsorship will get our group from Vancouver to Victoria on the BC Ferry system. An experience they won’t forget a must do when in British Columbia. And a means to getting to the camp closer to Victoria. _____ $600 Flight Sponsor cost for the roundtrip airfare for a member to attend _____ $550 Camping Sponsor cost for the camp for the week including food and activities per camper _____ $500 Equipment Sponsor as we are flying to B.C. we are renting our equipment for the week from the organizers of the Jamboree _____ $160 clothing package we are having camp shirts, hats, hoodies and jackets done for the members this would outfit 1 member with the Apparel _____ $65 Postcard Sponsor we will be sending postcards home from BC to families and sponsors we will be purchasing/printing our postcards to send _____ $63 Individual Ferry Sponsor cost for the ferry from Vancouver to Victoria for 1 member. _____ $45 Postage Sponsor we will be sending postcards home from BC to families and sponsors. _____ $25 $50 $75 $100 $125 $150 $200 $________ Sponsors will be recognized as often and everywhere we can promote your support.
