With being elevated to level orange, there are a couple of new measures which we will take as a recreational fitness centre. As we are required to keep a 3m distance between rounds, we will be required to adhere to every other round. This does not pose any problems as long as everyone is booking their workouts on-line and cancelling if you have a change of plans. Please note that many people book last minute and if you do not show up it is going take up an uneccesary spot. Al...so, please come prepared with wraps on and exit quickly so we can disinfect all equipment and surfaces before the next class. We are so pleased that many of you have returned to our beloved 9Round and we want to remain OPEN, so your understanding and cooperation is very much appreciated. Welcome to our new members too!!
