DYK: One of the added benefits of bodyweight exercise is that it allows you to slow down and focus on the proper form of your movement?! Often, adding weights to an exercise can cause you to sacrifice form in order to lift the heavy weight. Performing bodyweight exercises gives you the opportunity to work on perfecting the form, so once you add weights back into the equation, you are much more proficient with your movement and can really increase those strength gains!
