A Day In The Life

I can’t begin to explain the amount of happiness I feel getting this started. It’s been a dream of mine to create a place for people like myself, to come and let everything out and not feel ashamed. I am Kristen Brown. Age 25 and have clinical depression, anxiety and panic disorder. I have been living with for 11 years to date.... I struggle endlessly. I have moments of clarity and days I couldn’t be more pleased with. While other days it’s a literal nightmare to do just about anything. So, here I am!
