Tonight I gave a 19 year old man a thin mattress made out of milk bags. He said he used to make them in school and never thought he’d never had to resort to using one That really hit me hard. Being without a home can happen to anyone and I really feel for anyone out in this weather.

Please note that there is a phone number (519 494-4242) for donations and I will never ask someone to pick up items on my behalf. There has been several reported incidents of scam artists out there within other groups so I’m just ensuring that all donations go directly where they are supposed to go! I take pride in collecting and distributing everything to the streets expeditiously.
