Here is a kitchen I recently completed. A wall was removed to relocate the fridge and the pass thru window was enlarged to give her a more open concept. My client wanted a Barn door on the closet but she wasn’t sure if it would suit her home so I came up with a creative solution that she loves. This was another joint effort between myself and Elite Kitchens

Took out the old drop in tub and replaced it with a free standing tub. Reconfigured the vanity to increase the size of the shower.

Here are a couple details I had to deal with. The old island was curved so when the new straight island was put in some flooring needed to be added but they didn’t have any extra so I made the area even bigger and installed some floor tile to compliment the wood flooring. My client loves her pendant lights but they didn’t line up with the new island. The solution was to install a track light with adapters so she could keep her pendants. Free standing tub with wall mount faucet

A Langley Hair Salon was renovating her business to accommodate a Barbershop. The hair washing sink is made to hang on a wall but she wanted it mounted into the cabinet. If you have a unique renovation that needs some out of the box solution call Greg Huot and he will get it done.

The owners of this shower didn’t use it a lot and that turned out to be a good thing. The concrete base was filled with moisture because the liner was placed on the sub floor when it should be on a sloped bed of concrete so any water infiltration would run down the membrane to the weep holes in the drain. Also the floor should be poured first before the wall board and wall tile are installed. Nowadays the Kerdi system, when done right will give you superior results.

When tiling your shower or around your tub why not use a couple different tiles for a one of a kind tile design

If you see your tile setter putting the waterproof membrane under the drain flange like this guy did. Fire him / her right away and get in somebody who knows what they’re doing. Or don’t and call me in a year to fix your shower base. Up to you.

Just finished installing this soaker tub. The client had a walk-in tub that they didn't like so they asked me to replace it. The tiles were too old to match up so I had my friends at #profilemarble to make a tub surround to compliment the tiles. The owners wanted to get rid of their bath tub and small corner shower and replace it with a large walk in shower. I love doing these curbless showers. Gives the look of a nice clean line and it will really highlight the shower door once it’s installed. This was a complete laundry room renovation with the help of Elite Kitchens. The first 3 pics are of a closet that was converted into a spacious mud room area with a storage room added in.
