I really love this article. I used to think that those people who are pushing positive thinking are quacks however since training in Somatic Trauma Therapy and working with clients I have totally come around to this idea. I can literally see before me in a clients body how they can be depressed and shut down and stuck and how focusing on talking about positive things (especially things they love such as their kids and pets) will get energy moving and releasing and they will come back into a place of balance, feeling connected, and a sense of well-being inside. Focusing on positivity really works!
