All set up for today with lots of Christmas treats. Lemon Meringue, Blueberry, Pumkin, Cherry, Very Berry, Apple and Apple Crumble Cookies, Squares, Muffins and so much more. Most everything can be frozen for Christmas day. We are here at the Peterborough Square today from 8am until 1pm ... #ptborfm We will be having a market day Wednesday. Just sending out a reminder... We will be doing the market this *Saturday December 19, regular time 8am until 1pm ... Our Christmas Market will be held *Wednesday December 23 3pm until 7pm Preorders can be placed. Saturday cut off will be Thursday by 2 Wednesday orders can be made until Tuesday at noon. Plenty will be taken to each Market and all can be frozen until such time that you will enjoy it.

Today we have variety packs of tarts. Flavours in this package are Plain, lots of Raisin, fresh Pecan, Skor with Chocolate Drizzle, Red Raspberry Coconut and delicious Mincemeat Each flavour comes in packages of their own as well. A1 Gluten Free Gals special Christmas Cookie is out already. This, I can't wait until Xmas cookie, has Toblerone bar crushed up amongst lots of chocolate chipmixed in allot of goodness. Try one and you will be hooked. Over to the savoury soups... line up for today, Creamy Mushroom, Creamy Broccoli, Italian Wedding, Thai Chicken Curry, Steak and Macaroni, Creamy Sesame Vegetable and of course Thai Indian Butternut Squash. I would like to introduce my main potato "Russ". He wanted to show the process of his favorite food, the Perogie As you can clearly see, he goes through every step, he loves the mash, the potato mash, it's a kitchen smash. He may be a little bit more than cheesey, but he likes it like that. The next step, the flour made into the dough, then the dough is getting rolled to the perfect thickness. By then, he is being prepared to be all wrapped up.... After all that, these Perogies are ready to eat. Frrreshh batch of these #glutenfreeperogies have been delivered to Ann's Deli in Oshawa. I would like to THANK everyone for their support over this Thanksgiving. It was a busy time and now time to get things replenished. With that being said, dinners are being stocked up. It is raining this morning, but no wind, so I'm off to the #ptbodowntownmarket on the corner of Water St and Charlotte St from 830am until 1pm. Nutritious soups would be great to pop into the microwave, dinners like Shepherd's Pie, and all stocked up again with Perogie Lasagna. Along with those, of course, there will be Chicken, Beef, Turkey or Veggie Pot Pies. Maybe finish off the day with tarts or Pie with your cup of tea. Lots more to offer so come downtown and pick up fast serving dinners or treats.

Brookey Banana with Peanut Butter Frosting and Katarina Carrot with Cream Cheese and Carmel drizzle. I have been ask if I will be at the Saturday Peterborough Farmer’s Market. I'm sorry, I will not be. Wednesday, I'll be at the Peterborough Downtown Market on the corner of Water St and Charlotte St from 830 am until 1 pm.... All baked goods can freeze. Friday, I will be doing a 401 run. I will stop between Brighton to Bowmanville. Any location right off the 401, I will be able to stop. So far I will be Brighton 1 o'clock Colborne 1:15 Cobourg 1:30 Port Hope 1:45 Bowmanville 2:15 *These times may vary with traffic.* For the 401 run, please have orders in by noon on Thursday.
