DECREASE OF THE TOLL FEE Starting on February 27, 2021, the toll fee for a passenger car will be $2.40. This represents a 25% decrease from 2020. > Why did the toll fare decrease?... The formula defined in the agreement between the Ministry and A30 Express is, among other factors, linked to traffic. The pandemic over the majority of 2020 has greatly affected traffic at the toll. The toll fare will increase or decrease for every bracket of 2,000 vehicles passing the toll every day. As shown in the chart, in 2019, we reached the 24,000 vehicles bracket, while in 2020, we were below the 20,000 vehicles mark. This marks a difference of three brackets, which led to the important decrease in fees for 2021.
