S K I N C A R E I have NEVER had a skincare routine until NOW. I’m super excited to share with you guys that I’m an Ambassador for Athia! Let me tell you a few things about my skincare routine I had before using @athiaskin . I would literally wash my face with water and moisturize. That’s it. Then I’d put on my daily makeup, which isn’t that much but I’d probably keep it on from early morning to late at night. Before I go to bed I’d use a makeup remover wipe and was...h my face! For a while I’ve been thinking about starting a skincare routine to actually take care of my skin and make sure it recovers from daily exposure. I have been using my Athia products for a couple weeks now to make sure I absolutely LOVE them. And I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE THEMMMMM. HIIT WEDNESDAY Lately I’ve been focusing more on endurance and cardio for my personal workouts. Competition season starts in September (fingers crossed comps don’t get canceled again )! So here’s a little look at what my workouts are looking like leading up to competition for conditioning This circuit for sure KILLED ME but hey it’s one step closer to my goals ... Circuits are 50 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest. Complete the first 4 exercises, and then finish off the round with a 2 minute plank! AND THEN DO IT 3 TIMES Exciting news coming soon! #TEAMA3FIT

Happy Monday! Get outside and enjoy that sunshine! We obviously can’t take this warm weather for granted since the weather has been kind of all over the place the past few weeks I’ve got a BUSY week ahead so I might end up going into auto pilot mode when it really starts to get crazy. Weeks like these, I can really rely on scheduling and utilizing my agenda. When I need to get stuff done, and only have a certain amount of time to complete it, I ALWAYS write it down in my ag...enda. This helps me with accountability and organization! For a while I used to do paper work/work from home on my days off, but THIS DID NOT WORK FOR ME. I’ve learnt that it never really felt like I got a day off when I did that. So now I schedule my entire day out, training sessions AND paper work. This way, I can actually relax on my days off and not have to worry about programming or social media. CARDIOOOO Lately I’ve been a fan of quick but effective workouts. I found that the longer the workout took, the more uninterested/motivated I became lol. You can say that maybe I’m a little impatient @tannerladi supports that last message The exercises and workout times are typed out on the videos! Just swipe through ... For this circuit we’re working on our cardio and getting that heart rate up, so intervals are 50 seconds of work and 25 seconds of rest! And we are doing this circuit... 5 times Save this workout to try later!! Kill it #TEAMA3FIT

Happy Sunday (almost Monday) I had a day off today, and let me tell you, I DID NOTHING. All I did was write out my schedule for next week, pre-enrolled in my fall course, and took some pictures all over my house in my new crop SIDE NOTE: I loooove my @shopdreamwrld butterfly crops. They’re SUPER cute, SUPER comfortable, SUPER affordable, AND THEY’RE LOCAL check out my girl Madi’s page ... *I’m wearing the butterfly crop in baby pink Anyways to keep things short, take those days off.
