On Thursday, October 29th several of our senior members and staff came together outside to reconnect and enjoy a brisk morning walk. In the spirit of Halloween everyone dressed up in costume and participated in a warm-up before hitting the trail! This year we aimed to raise funds for the on-going cleaning and sanitation of our Centre. At the heart of our walk we aimed to take safe steps forward to reduce isolation among seniors in our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. This year we are proud to announce that the AACM Annual Walk-a-thon raised over $10,000!

How to Walk! Here are the different ways you can join us in our fundraising efforts this year... 1) Pre-register to walk with us on October 29, by calling our office or visiting our website here https://www.aacmiss.ca/blog/2020//8/rsvp-to-our-walk-a-thon... to RSVP and donate. Space is limited! 2) Pre-register to participate in your dance class the week of October 29, by visiting our front desk to request a pledge form. 3) Pre-register to participate during your virtual class the week of October 29, by calling our office.
