Aarm Dentists have always made the safety of our staff and our patients, the number one priority. Aarm has always exceeded the guideline of BCDA, CDSBC, CDA and WCB. We have instituted several additional safety measures for your protection and ours. All Appointments must be pre-scheduled - No Walk-Ins. Social Distancing control entering and exiting of our patients from their appointments. Social Distancing minimizing number of patients in the office and staggering patient appointments times. Telephone pre-screening questionnaire at the time you schedule your appointment. When you arrive we will be greeting you to take your temperature, ask you to hand sanitizing and giving you a new mask & gloves. Filling out our in office questionnaire and signed when you arrive. We have installed plexiglass barriers on all our Receptions Desks. We have hand sanitizer stations throughout our offices. Enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures throughout the day of frequently touched surfaces and areas, in our Aarm Offices in between patients visits. Removal of all Magazines and Brochures and other clutter from our Aarm Offices which makes surfaces easy accessible for cleaning. We have installed HEPA Filtration System in all our HVAC Units in our offices. Our HVACs are High Efficiency and High Volume Air Flow. Portable HEPA Filter Scrubbing Units in the Aarm Office. All our Aarm Staff will be wearing full PPE (personal protection equipment) Level 3 Surgical Masks, Face Shields, Gloves, and Scrubs.
