Hi Everyone The time finally has arrived... we had a lot of changes that had to be made to finally be... able to open... we’ve made them and are opening tomorrow, Tuesday May 19th. There are new procedures to follow as a client. Here is what you need to know and expect at your next appointment. We will contact you 3-5 days before your appointment either by email or by phone if email isn’t available to ask a few questions to be sure that we can treat you. You will still get your email reminder 2 days before your appointment and a text reminder the day before, as usual. When you arrive at the clinic, we ask that you wait in your car until we either call you or waive you in. We ask that you bring a mask and wear it as you enter the clinic, if you don’t have one, we will provide a mask that we wash after each use ( we didn’t want to throw away all the masks, this way, we don’t create more waste) Once inside, your therapist will welcome you, give you a mask if you don’t have one, take your temperature (at 38 degrees Celsius, you will have to reschedule) and ask you the same questions you answered 3-5 days before. If everything is good, you will then proceed to the front desk to pay for your treatment and rebook if you would like too Then your all set, the therapist will explain everything in the room ( please bring all your belongings with you in the room)... be advised that your therapist will be wearing a mask and a lab coat, even a face shield in some specific cases... theses protections are requirements that we have to follow in order to operate. Sorry for any inconvenience but this is our NEW normal. We hope you enjoy your treatments

Unfortunately, we had to make the decision to temporarily close our clinics in order to follow our province’s recommendations to maintain social distance and ...avoid contact. Because there are so many unknowns in this situation, it is impossible for us to predict what will happen. We will keep you informed as the situation evolves.
