A few weeks ago an article announced Council's plans to increase taxi rates, which I know is difficult news for those that rely on our service. I wrote a response at that time to help explain our industry's situation. Council is due to effect the 5% change at tonight's meeting.

The citizens and businesses of Sudbury are working hard as ever to suppress the 2nd wave of Covid-19. At Aaron, we've been doing our best from the beginning to protect our staff and customers. From early in the morning to late at night we're disinfecting our vehicles and between washes drivers are issued virucidal disinfectant, hand sanitizer and PPE. Please remember that masks are required to ride in our vehicles (medical exemptions excluded). Please be respectful of this policy-- help keep your driver, your neighbour and yourself safe!

Just finished the signs on the newest addition to our fleet-- another fuel efficient hybrid. We're expecting to add 2 more hybrids in September, at which point 20% of our fleet will be hybrid-electric vehicles

We're continuing to tweak our delivery program to provide Sudbury with the fastest and most reliable service in town. Today, we're happy to announce that we've just extended our hours! As of today, we're open Tuesday - Saturday 10 AM - 9 PM and now SUNDAYS from 11 AM - 5 PM.
