Updates for 11U Playoff’s!! We have two games commencing today! The Dodgers and Mariners open the day with an elimination game. Only one team will move on! Best of luck to you both!! The Yankees and the BlueJays begin with the first semi -final game later today. The winning team will head into the finals. The loosing team will head on to another semi-final to battle for the top spot again. Best of luck to you all!!

Congrats to all of our players and coaches from the 11U division!! We have just finished our regular season games and began playoffs lastnight! Huge thanks to all of our amazing coaches for volunteering their time and coaching our wonderful players!! Congrats to the Mariners for taking the top spot this season! It was not an easy battle for the top spot, and it was only a few points between teams. Well done everyone!! Best of luck to all coaches and players heading into playoffs!

Good Afternoon AMBA Families! We apologize for the delay. Effective Immediately and in consultation with air quality advisories/recommendations put out by the Local Health Authority: AMBA activities, games, practices are now OPEN again while we are in our target air quality range of moderate (6 and below). As of 2:00 the Cenral Fraser Valley was rated at a 4 on the air quality scale. Please understand that if these numbers increase, we may need to postpone activities at a lat...er date. The safety of our young membership is our priority. Please understand that at this time these activities are optional as the air quality may pose risks to sensitive groups (individuals with compromised respiratory systems, children and the older population). Please consult with your coach at this time for further information/direction. Again, this is optional. Please ensure to take proper care and precautions to keep yourself and your children safe in these conditions. If you feel it is unsafe for your child/family to participate, we understand and ask that you make the decision that is best for you and your family. Just as we ask our members to understand if coaches are not comfortable with the air quality. Here are some recommendations from Fraser Health based on the Air Quality Rating of 4: At-Risk Population: Consider reducing or rescheduling strenuous activities outdoors if you are experiencing symptoms. General Population: No need to modify your usual outdoor activities unless you experience symptoms such as coughing and throat irritation. We thank all of our families for their patience and understanding. We are closely assessing the air quality reports and listening to the recommendations of the health authorities. Good Evening AMBA Members Effective Immediately and due to the air quality advisories/recommendations put out by the Local Health Authority: All AMBA practices, games, activities are suspended until further notice. This is a mandatory postponement and no teams/players are permitted to take the field for any AMBA sanctioned activities. This includes, but is not limited to; games, practices and batting cages. Please be advised that we will be monitoring the situation closely an...d will communicate any updates as soon as possible. We hope to begin activities again as soon as the air quality improves significantly. We thank-you for your cooperation and understanding during this time. The safety of our membership, especially our young players, is the most important aspect and is at the heart of this decision. We hope to be able to begin activities soon again. This is simply a temporary measure to ensure we are protecting the lungs and health of our players and volunteers.
