HELLO OUT THERE!!! ATC and Friends participated in an actual REAL WORLD event today, all with Co-Vid protocol and social distancing honoured. THANK YOU to the organizers and volunteers at the Loop the Vedder 10k / Half Marathon! Superbly run race on a PERFECT WEATHER DAY!!!! Here are a smattering of pics of current members, past members and friends doing what we love! Not a triathlon, but we'll take a Unithlon any day too!!!

Hey there visitors...if you are wondering about Abbotsford Triathlon Club’s status: we are here, supporting each other during these challenging Co-Vid times. No in-person coached training yet: Co-Vid restrictions are still in place. If and when coached swimming, running or biking opportunities begin again, it will be noted here. Until then, you may still join the club, for which you will receive some ATC logo sports gear (swim cap, running hat and buff) and weekly swim, bike and run workouts, emailed to all members. You are also invited to join our ATC and Friends Facebook page. It’s called Abbotsford Triathlon Club Co-Vid Style. Just send Coach Mikey ( email [email protected] ) your email and FB link, then will do a Facebook friend request for you.

REMINDER: VIrtual Westwood Duathlon is COMING!!!! Hope to see HEAPS of you 'virtually' next weekend! It's RACE ONE of the ATC & Friends Virtual Race Series! Imagine: you don't have to wait in line for the Nanaimo ferry, you don't have to find accomodation...you can do WESTWOOD in the comfort of your own home or neighbourhood! Chris Osberg's brainchild, this race series will be a BLAST! Zwifters: if you can, join Chris and Michael Ross on Saturday morning at 9 am, where we wil...l do the 20k portion of the 5-20-5 Westwood Lake Virtual Duathlon.
