The full spine can be manipulated vertebrae by vertebrae to help relieve stress and tension. Winter. Although I love it, many see it as something to put in the review mirror. There is still a lot of fun to be had as we wind down the season. If you take to the trails, watch for icy patches (or deep puddles depending on the day!). Balancing on the ice takes it's toll on your hips. Sometimes in life we come to a point where we need to make a choice. 7 weeks ago I decided to take the plunge and make ABC Massage Therapy my full time location. Today is my last day at Prestige.
