ABC's of Birth and Babies

Congratulations to my new batch of parents! Love the birth stories and pics :)

A yummy mid-afternoon snack is veggies dipped into hummus. Hummus is made from chickpeas and has 7 grams of protein for your pregnant body. A simple way to get more protein into your diet and more veggies. A win win :)
