COVID-19 UPDATE Aberdeen Creative Preschool guiding principle is ensuring our school is a safe educational space for its students. To ensure the safety of our students, we have implemented a plan with multiple safety measures. No child will be allowed to attend if they are sick with a fever, or have a persistent runny nose and/or cough. The child will also have their temperature taken if they appear to be sick. If a child has travelled outside of the Country or province, o...r been in contact with an individual suspected of having COVID-19, they will be required to stay home for 2 weeks, unless they have been tested for Covid-19 and the results have come back negative. There will be no parent helpers coming in to the class in order to reduce contact as much as possible. Parents will be doing drop-offs and pick-ups outside of the classroom. We will be using a fogging disinfecting system before every class. The room and toys will be thoroughly cleaned regularly. We have removed everything from the room that cannot be disinfected. Activities have been planned to teach the children social distancing and cleaning habits, while also allowing them to play, learn and have fun. Previous years the children have had trips into the school to get them comfortable for their transition into Kindergarten. This year the children will remain in our facility to reduce possible exposure. The children will play outside, weather permitting. Each child will have their own supplies that will not be shared with other students. There will be no shared food or drinks allowed. The children will be frequently washing their hands, and there will be hand sanitizer throughout the classroom, as well as disinfecting products that will be regularly and safely used. If anyone has any questions or concerns with our back to school plan, please do not hesitate to contact the Aberdeen Creative Preschool. It is our goal to have a safe and successful return to school for the upcoming 2020/2021 school year.

We are accepting registrations for the upcoming school year for children ages 3 & 4. We are likely looking at limited class sizes, so get your registrations in ASAP to reserve your spot. We can email you the forms and you can drop them off to 104 5th Ave or email them back. *we will not be accepting any cash or cheques until we know how we can proceed with classes during this pandemic*

Due to the uncertain times we are unable to schedule an open house for preschool. I took a little video today showing the classroom, please let me know if you have anymore questions about the classroom or programming. To enroll in the 2020/2021 school year your child needs to be potty training and three years of age. You can email the preschool at [email protected] for registration forms. We will be waiting to hear about when the schools will be starting in the fall so at this time we do not have a start date. Classes take place Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9:00-12:00.

Hello everyone, Due to the recent announcement by the province of Saskatchewan, preschool will be cancelled for an unspecified amount of time starting immediately. Fees will be suspended for the month of April if school is still not running. Just a little bit of what's been happening in the classroom

Registration for the 2019-2020 school year will remain open until June 30th. Based on the number of registrations the board will make a decision on if registration will be closed or if there will be two classes at that time. To confirm your spot please get your registration and fee in before the deadline.
