Strategies to help you Cope with COVID-19 . Reach out (metaphorically. Don't actually touch hands as seen in the photo!). Give a friend or family member a phone call- voice connection helps! . Look out the window and not at a screen.... . Check the news and social media a little less often. . Wash your hands with soap for at least twenty seconds at a time. (Look up your favourite song, and find a twenty second clip, this will help you remember how long twenty seconds actually is!) . Pray for those who you know are anxious and/or vulnerable. . Mediate on this weeks Psalm from the Lectionary, Psalm 23. . Remember you are not alone in this, even if you are at home. We have a lot happening here on Sunday! We're talking about Transfiguration Sunday at 10 am, having a Potluck after the service, and a prayer night at 7 pm. We hope you can come and join us!

Hi all, based on our current weather, the upcoming forecast, and in consultation with the staff at Camp Assiniboia, Worship and Ed has decided to cancel tomorrows Church retreat. There will not be a service at the church, so please stay warm and safe at home, and find a way to connect with God that is meaningful to you! See you next week at our usual time and place.

This weekend there will be no service at the Church building. We will be meeting at the camp for our annual Winter Retreat on Sunday, at 10 am. Come and join us for a morning of worship, lunch together, and an afternoon of games and outdoor activities. Bring your skates, snow pants, and favourite board games. See you Sunday!

Join us this Sunday, October 20th, as we continue our journey into Reconciliation. We will hear the story of Diane Campeau who will be sharing some of her life journey and how she walks as an Indigenous woman in the Jesus way during the 10 am service, and during coffee time.

We will be celebrating World Communion Sunday this Sunday, October 6th at 10 am. Come and join us!
