We are so excited to fulfill four beautiful events this past weekend. The weather was absolutely perfect and we could not have wished for anything else. Our clients took Covid-19 challenges like champs and embraced their special events with ease. Stay tuned for sneak peaks from this past weekends events. 08/21/2020 A huge congratulations goes out to Ally and Bryan. They tied the knot on Friday at the Chapel on the grounds of Westover Inn followed by a intimate dinner surround...ed by their loved ones. As always, we could not have done it without our amazing vendor team! Ally and Bryan's dinner was held on the stunning South lawn at Westover Inn in St Mary's. The addition of the perfect tent and beautiful crossback chairs provided by A&B Event and Tent Rental was the perfect accenting pieces to this design. We were finally able to launch and showcase our NEW hexagon arbor that was perfect for behind Ally and Bryan's sweetheart head table. The custom arrangement done by Lyric Flowers was the perfect addition and pulled this piece together exquisitely. Our Day of Coordinator, Hannah, rocked it and was so happy to be back coordinating events and catering to Ally and Bryan on their wedding day. "Hannah, you were AMAZING! Thank you for everything. Our day was absolutely perfect." -Ally We received this heartwarming message from Ally before the weekend was even over: "A HUGE THANK YOU TO KIM AND TEAM! Our wedding was more than what we could have imagined. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect! You and your team are incredible!!! Hannah was absolutely amazing! We love using the addition of Lush fresh green foliage and stunning white florals in an all white design. Emily and Luka had a dreamy vision that complimented this venue space beautifully! What about that suspended beam filled with luscious florals above the bride and groom? So in love! We have heard so many positive reactions to this incredible design of Emily and Luka, from their family and friends to other vendors. But also something so touching was brought to our attenti...on by the mother of the bride stating that their Wedding Coordinator at The Stratford Country Club shared that it was the most beautiful wedding she had seen during her whole career with SCC. Jessica and Tims day was an absolute DREAM. How sophisticated and romantic is this design? Jess knew exactly what she wanted and wow it did not disappoint. Vignettes are a great way to let us play. They allow us to create a pleasing focal point and tells a story by using objects that reflect the style of the couple. They bring character and charm into the space. Not only are they used as a design in front of the head table or end of Kings table but we have created some amazing memorial vignettes, generation vignettes and complimenting design vignettes to help add a lot of design to venues that are in need of a little pizzaz. Let's just take a moment to appreciate the allure that night time shots have to offer. Not only do chandeliers and accent lighting add delicate details to your ceremony, but also adds great value to your night time photos. Night time shots allow the couple to decompress and reflect on their wedding day. And let's be real, who doesn't love the idea of sneaking away for a few moments as newlyweds to capture something so beautiful that your will cherish for years to come? Using colour contrasting in design is essential to add visual interest and focal points for the viewers. We did just that in the hideaway room at the 2019 St Marys Bridal Show. Launching our new wood round harvest guest tables and harvest cocktail tables, these paired perfectly with this design. Our moody romance theme came to fruition by using a rich Jewel toned colour scheme of deep red, burgundy and a splash of coral, contrasting with dark textured black and grey velvet. ...Using gold vessels and concrete blocks to host the beautiful floral arrangements done by Lyric Flowers, made this head table pop with personality. Accenting the table with black taper candles, gold taper holders and gold beaded edge charger plates was the perfect finishing touches. Not only was the head table a focal point in the room, the two-tiered crystal chandelier hung perfectly in front of the suspending velvet backdrop above the bride and groom was raved about from attendees. Sunday May 26th, 2019. A day that was simply a dream. Launching our new white wash harvest tables and our new Storm velvet linen. Using a soft colour palette of dusty blue and champagne made this French Country theme come to life. Utilizing multiple textures such as chiffon, velvet and satin to elevate the space and transform the room like no other.
