Hey folks People have been asking about the schedule. At current there is no change from the original. Sunday... 530pm to 630pm mat monsters 630pm to 8pm Bjj 8pm to 9 pm Judo Wednesday 530 to 630 mat monsters 630 to 8pm judo 8pm to 9 pm bjj Friday open mat as required.

Alright folks our long awaited return to the mats has arrived. It's been a rough road but I thank you all for your patience. As is the story with most places we can return to our training activity with restrictions which I will list below.... - new waivers are to be issued and signed. - all persons entering the facility must register in and out using the log book at the front door. - Masks are to be worn into the building and in common areas. No masks are required on the mats. -No use of water fountain is permitted. -Hand must me sanitized upon entering the building. -Any persons whom have cold or flu like symptoms are not permitted to train. - persons must follow guidelines of the restrooms and ensure they clean up after themselves. - no sharing of any water bottles.or training equipment. - participants are encouraged to have designated training partners when possible. - No new gym fees will be more then one month in duration. Year long gym fees will only resume when it is reasonable to do so. -Mats are cleaned prior to use of any training. Given the nature of our current environment things can change quickly. Should things escalate stoppage or postponement will be dictated by provincial guidelines. I look forward to seeing you all very soon!
