We leave fuel out and the Can on with heat in the event someone is stranded or broken down , but who ever took the 45 litres of fuel and left door in c can open with heat on all night it’s not cool... it’s a respectable honour system that allows the employees to have showers and get supplies and communicate with their families. It is unfortunate that this happens because we’ll just stop doing this and it ruins it for every one !!

Time to break some trail! Feels awesome to be back in the seat. Time to get some trails prepped in time for Christmas break! Team Polar Bear Riders are at it ...again for another season. Refer to the OFSC Interactive trail guide for up to date trail conditions. Trails remain closed at this time.

Breaking news! Wow! Polar Bear Riders are excited and very appreciative to have been awarded a brand new Piston Bully 400 Trail groomer by the Ontario Federati...on of Snowmobile Clubs. Thanks to the OFSC as well as our District the Northern Corridor for supporting our little club and the huge winter tourism opportunity it brings to the town of Cochrane and local businesses and surrounding areas each winter! This would not at all be possible if it was not for the support of all snowmobilers in the province that continue to purchase a trail permit yearly to support organized snowmobiling. Thank you! This machine is 10’ 4 wide and will be pulling and Ebert 11’ wide drag. Look for Big Red this winter grooming our awesome Cochrane trails, which form part of the great trail system of the Northern Corridor du Nord, Distrtict 15 in Northern Ontario. Lastly a big Thank you to all the volunteers that make up Team Polar Bear Riders that continue to take on the challenge of creating some of the best trails in Ontario yearly. Its a big commitment volunteer wise each year to sign, brush, and groom these trails.
