An important message regarding COVID-19 (updated on May 11) Like everyone, we are following the Coronavirus developments very closely. We continue to monitor the latest advice from health authorities and want you to know that the health of our clients, associates and employees is paramoUpdateunt. We are currently preparing a gradual, slow, and safety-conscious reopening plan that we will begin on May 19th. We are focusing on assessments at this time, with the highest priori...ty being families with partially-completed assessments that have been on hold due to the pandemic: If you are a client whose assessment was cancelled between the dates of Mar 16 and May 18, you will be contacted for priority rebookings. We appreciate your patience as we gear up to contact you in a correct and fair order. If you are a client currently on our waitlist, you will be in our second grouping to contact to schedule assessments. If you would like to join our waitlist, we are still accepting referrals and are happy to hear from you! Please remember that in order to continue to adhere to strict social distancing standards, we will be starting with a reduced schedule, with fewer clinicians seeing fewer clients. That said, helping you and your children to safely access the care you need is of utmost importance to us. We are very excited to resume a partial reopening schedule. If you have any questions or concerns please contact your clinic: Surrey: [email protected] West Vancouver: [email protected] Richmond: [email protected] Regards, Dr. Glen Davies, R.
