COVID19 Update: We have received a flood of emails asking if we are still operating during this time, and we are excited (and relieved) to say that we are still working full-swing. We spoke with an operator at the Stop the Spread Business Information Hotline, and she assured us that we can operate under the Maintenance category on the Essential Services list *provided there is an active leak or risk of damage to your home*. She also encouraged us to request that our clients... provide photo evidence of damages. Your ongoing support especially during these uncertain times has meant the world to us and our family, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Stay safe. Stay home.

We are still operating as normal! We have online payment options, friendly customer service available by phone, and all our estimates can be sent via email. Please remember that we do operate out of a home office, so with both kids home for the next three weeks (wish me luck), I may ask you to hold for 30 seconds while I find a quiet room

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! After Jon was up all night plowing, and I was up all night worrying (and maybe shouldn’t have watched Mindhunters before bed!), we are going to be returning phone calls and emails this afternoon. Also, I’ve found Facebook messenger is the WORST way to get a hold of us. Giving us a call at 519-826-1371 between 9am and 5pm is the best way to go, and emails are generally returned by the next business day....
