After the turbo failed @turbopartscanada came to the rescue with a fancy in house built "6266" and after some break in time, had no problem laying down over 500whp on 94 pump before one of the engine mounts decided to eject a bolt. Had the No Limit Skyline in the other day. R32 GTR with a PTE6466 on the awesome @haltechecu platinum ECM laying down close to 600whp on 91pump gas by the end of the night. This pretty little rocket got the works with Demon 2 daughter board running Neptune basecode, custom coil on plug kit, full custom front mount intercooler kit, downpipe, vented/painted valve cover, bunch of wiring, then over to the dyno to break in the motor after some heat cycles and oil changes. Success! After finding some axial runout on one of the synchronous drive belts, I couldn't control myself & took everything back apart, cleaned, inspected and reinstalled this time measuring axial and TIR runout on every single rotating part. Lots of work but hey, I got to study & learn about GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) witch is always good information to know! With everything being set around one thousandth of an inch for axial / radial runout, I can honestly say it feels smoother then when I first got it! After some steady state high speed runs I think she's good to go! Update: I know lots of you have been trying to get ahold of me and I do apologize. I have been crazy busy over here with rebuilding the dyno, cars and the crazy heat wave we have been having. I have a bad habbit of ripping things apart and the dyno was no exception. I ended up removing every single bearing and component for full inspection, cleaning and replacement if needed. Last night I finished installing the rest of the bearings & getting everything back together. Today i will be checking for runout on the couplers, shafts, absorber, pulleys and so on. Also need to do some low speed break in on the bearings and make sure everything is running perfectly. I will get back to everyone by this weekend :) #landandsea #chassisdyno #dynorebuild #abp613

Dyno down dyno down! After the last vehicle we ran I noticed the absorber was making a weird sound. Turns out one of the center bearings is going out. So I ripped it apart and going to replace them all for peace of mind. Hopefully should have it back together in the next few days. Stay tuned! #landandsea #dynomite #ecabsorber #bearings
