We want our bodies to have many different gears and speeds...we also need the mind to be flexible, to shift into different gears depending on the task at hand. Try to incorporate some Brain Training into your workout regime every day. Crosswords, Sudoku, Cards, Puzzles and of course Music - just some of the many ways you can help to keep your Brain Fit! #strongmind #strongbody
