If you want to send Fedex Ground or Fedex Express pkgs out I can help you with printing your barcodes and paperwork. Please use the website www.Fedex.ca to determine if it’s ground or air, Delta area is ground, Burnaby area is Express. We do not get Fedex Ground pkgs at the depot out for DELIVERY!

Homemade Boursin cheese, easy to make, fast! Heat 2 litres of milk and 1 cup of plain yogurt to 113F make sure you whisk it good. Shut off temp add 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/4 rennet tablet crushed and dissolved in about 2 tbsp of cool water. Whisk together let sit for 30 mins. Drain curds and whey through butter muslin, hang bag over a deep pot to drain for an hour, squeeze bag of cheese curds until you have most of the whey out. Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream, add your curds and whipped cream together, season with herbs, salt and pepper, roasted garlic whatever you like. Refrigerate and enjoy! You can control the consistency firmer or creamier your choice.
