Absolute Pest Control COVID-19 Response Plan: On behalf of everyone at Absolute Pest Control, our hearts go out to all the people that have been impacted by COVID-19. Our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities. As the situation continues to change rapidly and to ensure that we are doing our part in slowing the spread of the virus, we have made changes to our service procedures. Effective immediately, the below actions will b...e in place: All currently booked commercial and residential service appointments will be contacted prior to visiting. If the service is still required (and not postponed for a future date), we will service if the customers are not in quarantine and in complete health. Technicians will limit all contact with customers. No handshakes, a 6-foot distance will be maintained as much as possible, and no cash or cheque payments will be accepted at this time. Gloves and shoe covers will be worn for each appointment. Gloves will be disposed after each service and shoe covers will be cleaned with a disinfectant. We will continue to accept E-transfers to [email protected] if you do not wish to pay by credit card at the time of your service. If customers are under quarantine but an emergency service is required, we have a modified interior service plan that can be discussed with the customer. If you wish to postpone or pause your regular service, we are happy to do so. We understand the impact our service changes have on our employees and customers, and we did not make this decision lightly. We want to take care of our employees the best way we can and will be providing them with pay and benefits during this period.
