Are you ready to reset? Have you been struggling to get/stay on track through Covid? Are you confused with how to reach your health and fitness goals with so much conflicting information out there?... The good news is, it’s Simple. The bad news is, it’s Not Easy! You don’t have to work out 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. There’s no need to kill yourself with cardio. A simple training regime 3 days a week for about 30 minutes each goes a long way to improving your fitness. Add a 10-20 minute walk a few times a week and you’re well on your way! The key is finding something you enjoy or at least don’t hate. If you try to do too much, you won’t stick to it. Besides exercise, good nutrition is a game changer when it comes to fat loss. Again, keep it simple. Getting enough sleep and managing your stress level will help as well. But being accountable to yourself is difficult. This is why people hire coaches and trainers. Knowing you are working with someone who is backing you, who is counting on you and who is rooting for your goals..... makes the process that much more effective. This is what I do! I hold my clients accountable to their goals. So that when life shows up, when excuses come up, I’m here to help you manage it all.
