We need a semi seasoned commission stylist to start at our salon on a full time basis ASAP. We currently have an overflow of clients to contend with. We have 2 fully booked stylists whom often cannot handle their own client load and a stylist whom needs to start maternity leave unexpectedly so we also have her clients to accommodate as well! We need someone who is willing to work Tuesday- Saturday 10-7. (hours are possibly negotiable but not less than 3 days a week) We need ...a person with great energy and a strong work ethic, professional appearance and a strong enough skill set to manage anything that we need to pass along to them. We prefer the stylist to have a small client base of their own but not so big that they cannot manage the overflow. However, it is imperative that they not be 100% dependent on our overflow to fill their days. We do have a lovely part time Junior stylist whom is currently building her business from our space and we do not want to interfere with that process as we have committed to guide her along with this journey. However walk ins will also be made available to any new stylist. We offer an awesome work environment with several talented and passionate staff, support for additional education, a fair and generous pay scale. This would be perfect for anyone with 5yrs+ behind the chair experience, a new mom returning to work, someone wanting to make a move from another area into the down town core. Hello Lovlies! Just wanted to let everyone know that I will be away from May 7th- 16th! My evenings and weekends leading up to my departure are already fairly booked so if you are in need of a touch up please give yourself plenty of time to book before I go or upon my return!

To the lovely and loyal clients of acacia hair For the safety of our highly valued clients and staff we have come to the decision to preserve our space for our ...clients exclusively. We will be closing our doors to the general public effective March 18th, 2020 until such a time when we feel it safe to return to business as usual. We will happily continue to provide our services to all of our clients as long as we are allowed to. We are a 6 chair salon so at maximum capacity our numbers fall well below the recommended amount of bodies that are deemed to be safe to congregate in one space. We will be spreading out our appointments as much as possible to even further minimize exposure. We are all continuing to apply all of the government mandated recommendations for hygiene and sanitation practices in the salon as well as personal social distancing for our time away from the salon. We look forward to helping everyone look and feel their absolute best throughout these stressful and trying times But please note that we are not able to take appointments from anyone exhibiting symptoms or who have just returned from traveling and have not been cleared . Stay healthy everyone and remember social isolation doesn't need to include bad hair
