Hello Everyone, AIMA has always been looking for opportunities to help support local charities in our community. One of our parents have invited us yearly to hand out food and clothing to the homeless. Due to covid we may not be able to physically go out ourselves but are still looking for donations to help. ... Below is some basic info for that they are asking. If you are interested please contact @Rose Lau for details. If you would like to drop off anything to me I can be sure to pass everything to Rose later. Thank you. Every year, the 11th Toronto Venturer Company (Scouts Canada) organizes a Street Patrol service to give out food and personal items to the homeless. This year we won’t be going downtown in person but there is another community organization Carol & Crew who collects and hands out goods to the homeless Friday. We will be collecting food and items on Thursday Nov 26 to give to Carol & Crew. We will be arranging some contactless drop off locations in Richmond hill, Markham and Scarborough. Let me know if you have anything you wish to donate. Thanks in advance!
