Some recent covid-19 much needed spa make overs for these pampered pooches. It is so rewarding to help these pets feel comfortable again and to be able to do what I love . New drop box is installed for the liability forms and any cash payment. Covid-19 reminder instructions are posted. I also accept Etransfer like usual. I’m excited to see all the fur babies and start making them all cute and comfortable again really soon

So, after spending a long time rebooking I haven’t even made it through half of my clients messages yet. Please bare with me! I am trying to get everyone booked in as soon as possible but it may take a few days to get back to everyone. Thanks so much for everyone’s patience and understanding

I am beginning my appointment bookings today so you should hear from me soon To follow social distancing rules, I’m asking everyone to stay OUTSIDE my salon. When you arrive, just open the front door and place your dog or cat in the front waiting area. Please unclip your dogs leash and take it with you. All cats must be inside a crate and left in the front waiting area. I will then text you when I’m done for pick up and you can do the same when you arrive. Your pet will... be at the door waiting for you. Please make sure you are AVAILABLE at the time of your appointment for PROMPT pick up of your pet when I text you he or she is ready. I am not planning to overlap any appointments, so I need everyone’s cooperation when it comes to pick up. I used to allow clients to keep their pets here for an extended amount of time after their groom, but I wil no longer be allowing this. I will be booking a bit of buffer space between each client for travel time, but anything more than half an hour will result in an extra charge. I will be installing a drop box for cash payment if you want to leave cash or you can send me an Etransfer before you pick up your dog. Any special instructions or questions/comments you have can be made over the phone or by text message. Please reschedule your appointment if you have ANY of the following symptoms: -cough -fever -shortness of breath -general cold or flu symptoms Thank you for your cooperation!
